I recently read a post that asked "where to find the seminar handouts on
the NSH Convention CD" .  To find the seminar handouts click on the day
of the seminar on the main menu page (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday).
Then click on the link at the top of the page that says "Clinical and
VIR Seminars" from there it will take you to a list of the seminars for
that day.  Click on the seminar you want and their will be a "materials"
link for the handouts.  If you have any other questions please feel free
