Take some tissue paper or other such absorbent paper.
Place it on the wax stain.
Use a hot iron and place it on the paper.
The wax will absorb to the paper.
I usually do this two-three times with fresh paper.
You can then dab with some xylene or laundry spray and wash as usual.
