I am attempting EAAT-4 and nGLAST immuno on paraffin embedded slices of p7 mouse brain without any success whatsoever.  Literature searches have given me primary concentrations of 1:200 to 1:2000 (didn't work)  and I have tried concentrations as high as 1:25 (still didn't work).  Does anyone have any tips or tricks for me that may end with good results?  Thanks.
