Hello Robert,
I use DakoCytomation's p16 antibody that comes in a kit.
I use it at a 1:100 diluton incubating at room temp for 15 minutes.

Is there anybody that has a good protocol to do the marker p16?!
 
Any recommendation on the source for this p16 antibody?
