It is always a good idea to try and get training on this system and Linda 
Durbin, who sells it for EXAKT is available to do this, but it may cost a 
bit.  In the long run, her training will save you money in the long 
run.  Nothing like some good hands on training rather than trying to piece 
it together with email messaging.
