The deadline (December 1st) is drawing near for submitting a speaker 
proposal for the 2005 NSH S/C to be held in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  If you 
are interested, go to the NSH web site (www.nsh.org).  You'll see the 
convention logo for the meeting in Florida on the home page.  Click in the 
logo area where it says to "click here to submit a your proposal".  This 
is a new program that is more user friendly.
