To switch out of digest mode you have to go to
http://lists.utsouthwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo/histonet 

You have to scroll almost to the botttom of the page, under the
Histonet subscriber header, where you put in your email address. You
will then go to a field that asks for you password (you can request it
if you can't remember) then you will go to a field where you can switch
the digest function on  or off (you will want to go to off) . There are
also options to block duplicate messages, unsubscribe or change your
address or password.
