Hello All 

Currently I am trying to transfect umbilical cord cells with GFP gene , the cells are not cultures, they are in suspension , and I do not want to culture them becuase I am studying their maturity level and I dont want any factors to promote differentiation .

I would like to know if anyone has a protocol in that regard .
