We used Current protocols in molecular biology.
volume2. edited by Frederick M. Ausubel et al. Printed
by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
This is a huge big book. if you cannot buy this just
try to borrow from science library and copy useful
portion or visit some developmental Lab Web site,
propably they posts some protocols.
