I've recently used santa cruz  erbB3( sc-285) and erbB4( sc-283) on mouse
pwax sections. Had to use TRIS pH10 AR to get them to work. 4 works very
well, 3 is possibly dodgy...but I'm using neuronal tissue and I don't know
if 3's strong there anyway.They work fine on frozens too, if I remember
