Thanks to everyone for the advice on NADPH Diaphorase.  Now, does 
anyone have experience staining mouse blastocysts?  Do you react with 
antibodies before or after immobilizing it on the slide?  How do you 
immobilize it on the slide?  Is there anything that will permeabilize 
the membranes or do you have to use an early age?
