John Tarpley wrote a wonderful article on staining eosinophils in Journal
of Histotechnology back in the 80's, but is is a nice protocol.  You can
contact him for reference (I do not have it handy)  at
John Tarpley .  Even though he is retired, he
would be happy to help.
