[Histonet] Manual array blocks - 2mm derma needle

From:"Thom Jensen"

Nancy,
If you want to make an array with out using an expensive arrayer try to get a disposable Derma needle, 2mm.  Dermatologist use them and they are cheap.  That is what I use often when I need to punch something with just a few cores.   I did a workshop at the NSH on tissue arrayer construction a Histologist by the name of Bill Hiller showed me a way to create a stylet out of a metal rod.  I believe he learned it from another Histologist.

Here's his email if you are interested.  Its a cheap way to go and it works wonderfully.  This is what I am using to experiment with this manual method we discussed.
