Hi,  thanks for the help so far but...

I'm  still having problems with my triple immunofluorescence of brdu, neun and gfap. Does anyone have a protocol that works using these three antibodies for mouse tissue (or at least a double label protocol for BrdU and NeuN)?  I'd really appreciate it.  I think my problem lies between the BrdU protocol and NeuN.  Thanks for any help!
