There is a good book on plant histology called "Plant
Microtechnique and Microscopy" by Steven E. Ruzin
(March 1999).  I ordered mine from Amazon.com for
$49.95.  Even though they list the shipping date as
being 2-3 days, I didn't get mine for over a month, so
you might want to check availability before you order.
