Hi, Everyone.  I have a technique question for you all.  Recently, I had embedding rabbit muscles.  The blocks were very dry.  They were very hard to cut.  Please share your experience with me.  Thanks a lot.

Dry blocks that flake when cut are usually due to over processing.  To recover the block soak it briefly in water.  This will often allow you to get usable sections.
