RE: silanizing slides

Dear Rosalba Zumbo,
We have been using the following protocol for silanizing our slides:
Prepare a 2% solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxy-silane (Sigma A3648) in 
acetone.
Soak slides for 20 seconds in organosilan/acetone solution.
Rinse briefly in two acetone baths.
Wash with distilled water and dry slides overnight at 37°C.
