This antibody works well with pH 6.0 citrate buffer (DAKO) HIER.  LSAB+
(DAKO) detection.  Dilution:  1:200.  Control: Normal skin.

Hi all!
Has anyone had experience with the antibody to epidermal growth factor
receptor, Dako, clone H11. on FFPE human tissue?
I've been trying to get it to work on normal tissues, that manufacturer
claims it stains and only one that shows any staining is placenta. I've
tried several retrieval techniques to no avail. 
Has anyone got this particular antibody to work or do I need to look for
another antibody? Please help!
