hi all,
i've a scientist who wants to look at myeloperoxidase in developing
zebrafish and he's asking for Kaplow's 1965 protocol.  anyone have it and
willing to share?  i also vaguely remember something being published about a
substitute for the benzidine......?
he's also asking if i've ever stained macrophages with neutral red or oil
red o.....which i haven't....at least not intentionally.  any takers on that
one?
