Hello All!
Can anybody out there help me? A researcher in my dept. would like to use
the Giemsa stain to counterstain DAB labeled Nissl stained brain
sections.(40 microns, whole monkey brains). Do any of you have experience
with this? I have a protocol for Giemsa but I will prob have to modify it.
Any help would be great..thanks..
