Hi Richard

Yes I do mean Mycobacteria and no I don't have extensive 
experience with staining for micro-organisms as far as IHC goes.  We 
have a monoclonal antibody from Novocastra (MTSS) but we have not had 
any success.  Are you willing to share your methodology?  Will really 
be grateful.  What exactly are the demanding technical issues? The 
interpretation we'll leave to the pathologist!!
