Hello, I am having trouble with the processing of some mouse tissues and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.  Mouse livers, kidneys and spleens were all very brittle after processing, however after changing the program to have less time in ethanol, the kidneys and spleens are much better but the livers are much the same-very brittle.  The samples are all fixed in neutral buffered formalin (10%)  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks in advance-
