Anti Beta galactosidase antibodies

From:Gayle Callis

We are going to a polyclonal antibody, Rabbit antiBeta Gal from Cortex
Biochem (www.cortex-biochem.com) per a publication found Experimental
Dermatology, 2002, 11:153-158, Improved detection of lacZ reporter gene
expression in transgenic epithelia by imunofluorescence, Mahoney D, et al.

We have same problem this group has, mouse tissue, and not excited about
doing mouse on mouse immunostaining.

They had very nice results. Also, there is success antibodies from PROMEGA
(host unknown), Sigma (unsure of hosts), Zymed (mouse host) Biodesign (has
both mouse and rabbit anti Beta Gal antibodies).
