Hi histo folk,

I have a query from a student who is gathering information for staining both
arterial and venular portions of a capillary.

He has some info on Alkaline phosphatase and Dipeptidyl peptidase IV which
will apparently demonstrate both the portions of the capillary.

Has anyone got experience with this method that they might like to share?
All suggestions welcome.
