We ran into the same problem a few weeks ago. We tried Tissue Prep II as a replacement and did not like it at all for infiltration or embedding. We have been using Paraplast Plus for 2 weeks now and everyone loves it!

I know I saw this on the histonet, recently. We use Tissue prep and it is on back order and we are out. Would it be alright to use the Tissue prep II for infiltration, right now we are using it for embedding, only.
