We have been using MLH1 successfully, as well as the MSH2, MSH6, PMS2 and
MGMT antibodies (methodology accepted for publication in AIMM). We use the
Pharmingen MLH1 and carry out retrieval in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes
(using Citrate pH 6.0). Incubation is overnight at a dilution of 1/2000. If
you like I can send you our protocol.
