We are attempting to use a mouse monoclonal primary on mouse chrondrocytes in 12.5 to 13.5 day limb buds. At this stage do embryos have much of an immune system that we have to worry about nonspecific staining using anti-mouse secondaries? Would there be any mouse Fc fragments lurking around to give problems? Thanks in advance, Hank Adams MDACC
