Hi,

Recently I have been working with intercalated disks embedded in paraffin 
(both Bouin's and formalin-fixed) and doing this stain.  I have been getting 
rather inconsistent results.  My tissue has been predominately green or 
predominately orange.  Does any one know what causes the differences in color?
