I have two questions about the Zinc formalin free fixative. I HAVE gone 
through the histonet archives but cannot find an answer to these questions:

1) Has someone ever tried perfusion of mice/rat with this fixative: from 
John Kiernanīs messages we know that we cannot use Phophate buffered 
buffers before using the Zinc fixative, but it should be possible to=20
perfuse first with saline or?

2) If the Zinc fixative works well and gives a not too bad morphology after 
paraffin embedding, why are then so few people using it?

Any answers or thought about these questions are much appreciated (Gayle, 
John?)
