The Journal of Histotechnology is sent out to members of an
American professional association and is also taken by some
libraries. The Histochemical Journal is a major peer-reviewed
publication of the Royal Microscopical Society. It should be
in every biological and medical library.

Most web sites for serious scientific journals supply only
an abstract of each paper. Often this is enough, but if
you're a Really Interested Reader it's inadequate, and you
have no option but to go to a library that has a print or
online subscription to the journal. I don't like it either,
but that's the way the cookies crumble.
