Okay, I asked the post-doc that question and he said he don't know. His only 
response was that the former tech said direct peroxidase and he incubate the 
CD31 overnight at 4oC and it worked for his tissue.

I'm just getting tire of this. I'm just go ahead and do what all of you 
recommanded (i.e using a DAKA LSAB2 + kit).

Could the post-doc be meaning for you to use a secondary antibody conjugated 
to HRP (peroxidase) as opposed to using a biotin amplification indirect 
method?!
