Please let me define & distinguish "speed" with "efficiency". I value 
efficiency in the same respect as quality and accuracy of finished slides. 
Quality should never be compromised with speed, but a good tech can work fast 
with good quality results. Hence, cutting fast but having to go back and make 
recuts is not being efficient. 

As certified techs, we should all value a biopsy as if it was our own and 
quality should always be our priority.
