Dr Hiroshi Hashimoto in Kitakyushu Japan and his group study all kinds of
soft tissue tumors for fusion transcript proteins resukltibng from genetic
mutations. Any of his group's papers will have full materials and methods
for successful RT-PCR on FFPE tissue.
