Dear Histonetters,
  We are interested in morphometric analysis in lungs from rats who have an asthma like condition.  We are trying to look at ways to evaluate airway surface fluid and it's relation to airway size and airway degree of closure.  Is frozen sectioning the only way to handle the lungs without causing significant dehydration of the tissues?  How do we best fix these fluids?  Thanks in advance for your consideration of these questions!   Cindy B
