annual appraisals
Hey all,
I need some help here. Can you give me the criteria for which your annual raises are based upon? I am in the process of re-thinking the plan here and need some much needed guidance. I already have the basics, as far as attendance, punctuality, etc. I am looking for the nitty gritty stuff - performance determinations and the like.
