I was wondering if anyone has a procedure for using the
Vector Biotinylated Ulex Europaeus Agglutinin I on formalin
fixed paraffin embedded sections that contain endothelial
cells. A paper I read mentioned using L-Fucose as a negative
control but did not explain in detail how to use the
L-Fucose.Thanks in advance for any help.
