We use tab250 for IHC her2 on the nexes and have for 3 years, considerably 
cheaper. Other  antibodies used for treatment modes are ASR and are 
reimbursed.
If you choose to go to reflex testing of Her2 by FISH, then the benchmark 
will be of great help! Zymed has the tab250(no retrieval)
