Hi, I'm new to immunohistochemistry and we're trying to develop a protocol
to identify substance P in the rat/mouse gut.  Thus far, we are having
absolutely no luck.  We either get nonspecific staining or we don't get
anything at all.  We are using the Vector ABC elite kit.  Our antibody was
developed in rabbit.  If anyone has any advice on what might help us, it
would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
