Hi all,
     At one of our locations, the pathology assistant is leaving.  Our
pathologists want to train techs to gross but I want to make sure that the
people interested meet minimum qualifications.  I realize many techs are out
there grossing regardless, and am sure they are doing a fine job, but I
would like to have any trainee eventually be qualified to pursue
certification and a higher salary.  I remember talk of a minimum of an
associate degree to do complex testing.... was that you Peggy???
