Fw: Myoglobin

I use polyclonal anti-Myoglobin from DAKO as well and have never had any
trouble with it. I use it at 1:1000 dilution with no pretreatment.

Hi all,
Can anyone help me please. We are having some trouble with our
myoglobin antibody, it is a polyclonal from Dako. We are having a
lot of trouble with background staining. We have tried most things
such as diluting the antibody using avidin/biotin blockers. Has
anybody any suggestions.
Thankyou
