mouse-anti-CD138 (Syndecan-1), clone B-B4 is available from Serotec, cat #
MCA681H. Working conc. is 2 ug Ig/ml after HIER (pressure cooker) in citrate
buffer, pH 6.0. Works nicely for plasma cells in FFPE bone marrow trephines,
however stains only a subpopulation of plasma cells in other organs (that's
our experience). Good luck!
