We wash the tissue before processing and do not antigen retrieve for the
HMWC that we do on prostate biopsies.

Can you do immunohistochemistry on Bouin's fixed tissue and if so is
anything you need to do to remove the bouin's from the tissue before
staining? Do you need antigen retrieval for this tissue?
