Nerve staining. Use Chloroauric acid (H Au Cl2 H2O) - commonly
know as brown Gold chloride.
Toning. Use Sodium chloroaurate (Na Au Cl4 2H2O) - commonly
referred to as yellow Gold chloride.
I'm trying to get the ingredients for the Bielschowsky-Foot stain, and
the recipe calls for "gold chloride." However, it doesn't
specify whether I should use gold (I) chloride or gold (III)
chloride. Does anyone know which gold chloride I should use?
Thanks,
