Recent inquiries about plastic, ISH prompted this reply.
Biotechnics and Histochemistry, 74(1):40-48,1998 had publication doing
ISH after extracting the MMA from plant cells. Saito, C et al.
They used Technovits 9100, the GMA formulation, Technovits 7100 could not
be used due to nonremoval of plastic, well discussed on H'net.
Hopefully, it would work for mammalian cells as well. Worth a look.
