TGF in mice

Hi
I'm trying to get TGF IHC to work in mice. Anyone out there have
experience with this? I've tried antibodies from R&D and Kathleen
Flanders, acetone fixed, acetic/zinc/formalin fixed, Bouin's, Zamboni's,
all without luck.
