Hi Neal,
You need to get your cryostat microtome chamber down to -28 to -30 deg. C.
if your cryostat does not reach this temperature, then we manufacture an
specimen holder that holds solid C02, for low temperature cryowork that will
certainly cool your tissue down enough. What make of cryostat are you using?
