We are currently using Boehringer Mannheim's Cytokeratin 5/6 for frozen and
FFPE specimens, primarily for suspected Mesotheliomas. Antigen retrieval
is accomplished with Citrate Buffer.

Hi all
Has anyone successfully used the cytokeratin 5/6 antibody on FFPE tissue.
If so what sort of retrieval was used
Thanks in anticipation
