Dear all----after giving in to both R & L CTR (carpal tunnel repairs
and having shots of cortisone, hydro ans physical therapy----I ahve found
the answer---and reasonably priced, too!!!!It sounds gross, but you will
get used to it. One tablespoon of white or red wine vinegar daily. I
take i tablespoon---my joint pain, fingers, wrists and elbow pain is gone.
you may want to check with your doc and start with one teaspoon, daily.
My mom told me it is a very old remedy---it WORKS---I can hardly believe
the difference it makes. It sounds so wierd--it has to work--but you must
do it at least three x per week, after things settle down.Better than all
those anti inflammatory drugs they give out----it was also used to lose
weight many years ago---cannot comment on that one yet. Have a happy
holiday.
With warmest regards,
