We use the Dako antibody, and have no trouble at all. No enzyme digestion
or HIER. If you need more information...let me know.

Subject: Mast Cells
Hi all,
Can anyone suggest an antibody to human Mast Cells which will work
on
paraffin sections? The only one I've seen is to Mast Cell Tryptase,
which both Dako and Novocastra sell. Has anyone had any experience
with these antibodies? Any hints/tips?
Thanks,
Best wishes,
Liz Sabin.
