Janet,
I took the exam a few years ago.  Basically there was one immunoflourescence
case, a T-cell and B-cell marker, a serial dilution where you choose the
correct titer, an in-situ hybridization,  a case where they give you a
choice to choos a positive and negative control, i.e. I had to perform a CEA
on a specimen, I choose as a postive control a colon cancer and I performed
a vimetin as a negative control and a couple of others.  They counted the
cutting quality, the coverslipping, staining, the correct tissue, etc.  Good
